Our cost calculator includes all mandatory tuition and fees. Click on the tab for your residency status to get to the hourly rate that is appropriate for you. All courses are 3 hours with the exception of the MBA capstone which is one hour.

As you click through the hours, you will notice that the per credit hour cost decreases for the more hours billed. This is because some mandatory fees are flat and billed at the same rate regardless of hours of enrollment.

Scholarships

WTAMU offers scholarship support to help make graduate education more affordable and accessible. Each year, graduate business students receive scholarships based on academic achievement, financial need, or both, regardless of residency status. Payment Plans Available

Financial Aid

Employer Tuition Assistance

Many companies help cover graduate costs through tuition assistance programs—an incredible opportunity to earn your degree with little or no out-of-pocket expense. Employer Reimbursement

If your employer reimburses tuition, you pay upfront and submit grades and your bill at semester end. WTAMU recommends sharing our Tuition and Fee details with HR for clarity on covered costs. We’ll help streamline the process to ensure you get reimbursed smoothly after successfully completing your courses.

Military Tuition Assistance

You can use Military Tuition Assistance to help cover the cost of your graduate program, making it easier to advance your education without the financial stress. Just make sure your program is approved and you follow your branch’s guidelines to get started! Our Military and Veteran Services Office is here to help!

Veteran Chapter 31 and Chapter 33

If you're eligible for Chapter 31 (VR&E) or Chapter 33 (Post-9/11 GI Bill), you can use those benefits to pay for your graduate program, including tuition, fees, and even a housing allowance. Hazlewood Waiver

If you're a Texas veteran or qualify through a dependent, you can use the Hazlewood Act to get a tuition waiver for your graduate program at a public Texas college or university. Learning Materials

At the Engler College of Business, we’re committed to keeping learning materials affordable and accessible. Faculty carefully select the right mix of textbooks, online readings, research tools, and course-specific technology to support each class. Students can expect to spend around $100 per class on materials, which may include textbooks, e-books, or software access. In some cases, your cost may be $0, as faculty provide required materials when possible.

To succeed in your courses, you’ll need a reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop computer. Some required software may not be compatible with Chromebooks or iPads. We recommend reviewing WTAMU’s Technical Requirements before the semester begins to ensure everything is set up smoothly.

Once admitted, students are issued a BUFF email address, which serves as the official communication channel for the university. Important information about classes, deadlines, financial aid, and university updates will be sent to this account, so checking your BUFF email regularly is essential for staying informed and on track.

Textbooks and course material requirements are listed on the University Bookstore website ahead of the semester, allowing students to plan in advance. Course syllabi are usually posted about five days before classes begin.
