Dr. Sean Humpherys

Associate and Pickens Professor of Computer Information Systems
Dr. Sean Humpherys earned a Ph.D. in Information Systems Management from the University of Arizona and serves as the Pickens Professor at WTAMU. Director of the Amarillo National Bank School of Accounting, Economics, and Finance and Edwards Professor of Finance
Dr. Anne Macy earned her Ph.D. in economics (minor in finance) from Texas Tech University and joined WTAMU in 1998. Her research analyzes investment decisions, healthcare sector returns, and industry structure impacts. She directs the Student-Managed Investment Fund, edits the Southwestern Economic Review, and is a multiple award‑winning educator.
